Most realtors now a days wouldn't have bothered with a sign in a remote location such as mine let alone in the month of Novemeber. This sign turned out to be the key factor in selling my home the buyers were driving by seen the sign and called Debbie! My home was on the market less than 3 weeks before receiving a purchase offer and we were closing within the next 6-8 weeks. Christine responded very quickly when I gave her name on a Realtor.com listing. She has found properties for us to look at and quickly set up showings for us as well as responded right away setting up showings when I asked about certain listings.
