I cannot possibly shower Paul with enough praise. He is a godsend! I wasn't on the phone with him for long before I knew I wanted him representing us on the purchase of our new home. He had an answer for ever question I asked and more importantly, advised me on what I didn't know to ask. It was a big move for us, out of state. We knew nothing about the ins and outs of buying a home in New York, but Paul guided us through every step of the way. They say buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can do. Not for us. There was never a single moment of worry or stress because we knew we had Paul in our corner. Once we found the right house, Paul guided us through the offer process and every single thing he told us worked! It was pretty much set it and forget it once our offer was accepted. He kept on top of the commitment dates on the sellers side, our attorney he referred us to made sure we stayed on track with ours and also kept tabs on the seller. The mortgage company was lovely to work with too. Speaking of lovely to work with, Paul isn't just knowledgeable about everything real estate and everything Finger Lakes region, but he's an all around great guy! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He's simply the greatest!

We were shopping from a distance and couldn't make the trip to see every house we had some interest in. Carl went out of his way to help us see any of the properties we had an interest in. He visited several properties and showed us via video, usually on short notice. This helped us narrow our list for showings, minimize our trips and maximize efficiency when we did make the trips to visit properties. In addition, Carl provided some excellent advice when writing an offer which I believe was key in having our offer accepted. Debbie was great with me. Explained everything I needed to know on how to buy my first house! Debbie followed me through all the paperwork. Debbie was there every step of the way. She got a hold of me as soon she found out my closing date. She was there when I moved in and came over with a gift and took pictures. She was just as excited about me buying my house as I was.

Amy Parmalee is a very dedicated realtor. She went above and beyond what she needed to do to help me with selling my parents house. She is the realtor for my aunts house.
