I grew up in Penn Yan and spent every moment I could at my grandparents’ home on Keuka Lake, where I developed a deep appreciation for the beauty of the Finger Lakes. After graduating from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, I returned to the area I loved and began investing in real estate. As my portfolio and passion grew, it became clear that real estate would be more than a hobby—and that Keuka Lake was where I wanted to build my career.
In 2007, I obtained my real estate license and went all in. I became the top salesperson in my office during my first year and soon decided to further my education by earning my Broker’s License. Each year, I worked hard to grow my business and expand my knowledge so I could better serve my clients. That dedication has resulted in numerous awards and a strong record of successful transactions.
In 2014, my broker, Dale Lane, and I formed Keuka Lake and Land Realty. Along with our team of agents, we represent a wide range of properties throughout the Finger Lakes, including lakefront, land, farm, village, and investment properties. Annually our team closes over 350 real estate transactions.
Back in 2007 my family sold my grandparents home on Keuka Lake and in 2025 the Morse’s again own a slice of paradise on Keuka. None of this would be possible without the support of my family. I’m proud to call Penn Yan home, where I live with my wife, Rebecca, a teacher at Penn Yan Elementary School; our daughter, Evelyn; our son, Nelson; and our golden retriever, Gracie.
