Being born and raised in Penn Yan for the past 56 years, I have seen our beautiful area here in the Finger Lakes blossom into a great place, not only to raise a family but a great place where people can retire and enjoy what the area has to offer.

After attending Herkimer Community College, I returned to Penn Yan to raise a family and invest time and money into the community. I have been in the Finger Lakes Real Estate market for over 34 years buying, selling, building and developing projects myself or representing clients in all of these areas. I believe I have a strong handle on the areas’ market place and represent my clients well with my 34 years of experience.

Also currently am the owner/partner in a family owned construction company. NE Enterprises where we specialize in residential homes and have built hundreds of homes in the Finger Lakes area. Also well versed in the land development as we have and are currently building housing developments in the area. With a strong construction knowledge this helps my clients in the Real Estate market when looking at houses and asking questions.

Having spent all my life in the area, I have a strong passion for the outdoors and realize the potential that the Finger Lakes has given myself and my family, partner Kara, two daughters Breaona and Samantha, son Chance, 2 grandsons Wessley and McCoy, and I can’t forget Oakley, our lab that make the family complete.
