Having grown up in Penn Yan I spent every moment I could at my grandparent’s home on Keuka Lake enjoying the beauty of this area. After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in business management I moved back to the area I loved and started to invest in real estate. As my interest and portfolio grew, I knew real estate would be more than a hobby for me and Keuka Lake was where I wanted to be. In 2007 I obtained my real estate license and from that point forward I was all in.
I was the top sales person in the office my first year. I then decided to further my education and obtained my Brokers License. As each year went by, I worked hard to grow my business and become more knowledgeable to better serve my customers. This in turn translated to me receiving numerous awards and closing many deals.
In 2014 my broker (Dale Lane) and I went into business together forming Keuka Lake and Land Realty. Along with our agents Keuka Lake and Land Realty services all ranges of property here in the Finger Lakes including lake, land, farm, village and investment properties. Last year our agents closed over $24 Million in sales.
All of this would not be possible without support from home. I enjoy living here in Penn Yan with my wife Rebecca a teacher at the Penn Yan Elementary School, our daughter Evelyn, our golden retriever Ginger and our cat Whiskers.
